ROS 2 Jazzy / Kilted / Lyrical have settled into a yearly LTS cadence, Nav2 and MoveIt 2 are de facto standards, and Gazebo Harmonic has replaced Classic. NVIDIA Isaac Sim 5.0 and GR00T solve the humanoid data scarcity problem through simulation, MuJoCo offers industrial-grade physics for free after the DeepMind acquisition, and Hugging Face LeRobot has democratized robotics ML to GitHub-level openness. VLA (Vision-Language-Action) models like RT-2, OpenVLA, and π0 have emerged, while Tesla Optimus, Figure 02, 1X NEO, and Unitree G1 have begun mass production. We visualize with Foxglove, and Korea and Japan are entering the humanoid race from their industrial-robot strongholds. This article walks through the entire 2026 robotics stack in one breath.</description>
